Terms & Conditions
The Parents shall pay to Intense the following fees:
- Intense’s registration fee
- Intense’s guardianship fee
- a deposit equal to one term guardianship fees to cover Intense’s cancellation charges
The registration fee and school registration fee are none-refundable.
A term’s notice must be given in writing, if the parents wish to cancel guardianship services or the pupil
will not return to the UK for the following year of tuition. Should one term’s notice not be given to Intense,
the parents will pay one term’s fees in lieu of notice.
Intense Educational staff will arrange for the student to stay in a Host Family for Half Terms and Exeats
UNLESS we have alternative instructions from the parents, agent or the student.
If a Host Family is cancelled then the charge payable to the host is as follows:
0ver 7 days No Payment
1 - 6 days notice 50% of total payable to maximum £100
0 -1 days notice 75% of total payable to maximum £150
Payment details
Parents must make payment in accordance with the Intense Educational Ltd invoice within 7 days of receipt and in any case not later than 14 days before the start of the school term. All payments must be made in any hard currency to Intense Educational Ltd by cheque to "Intense Educational Ltd" or by bank transfer.
Each subsequent term fees must be paid in advance by the parents in accordance with the invoice issued by Intense Educational Ltd not later than 14 days before the start of term. The schools have the right to vary their annual fees. In such cases schools will give one full term's notice in writing of any variations.
